Volunteer of the Week: Joe Todd

This week we recognize Co-Chairman and Treasurer Joe Todd, volunteer with the Stones River Friends of NRA.

Recently, Joe has sold 97 banquet tickets bringing in $3,880, raised more than $9,000 in pre and post-event raffles, and arranged underwriting for several items worth over $4,000 for The NRA Foundation.
“His dedication and passion to the mission of Friends shows day in and day out.”
Tennessee Field Representative Mike Webb has worked closely with Joe for the past three years and admires his commitment to the program. “Joe has been a great asset to this committee,” said Webb. “His dedication and passion to the mission of Friends shows day in and day out.”

Getting the community involved with Friends is a top priority of Joe’s. He’s worked closely with the RK Gun & Knife Shows, Bullseye & Smyrna Gun Stores, Tennessee Air National Guard, and the local high school scholastic clay target teams – all active participants with the Stones River Friends of NRA.
"I’m truly blessed to
have him as part of
the Tennessee team.”

Joe’s giving nature also extends beyond the walls of his banquet. He’s often found at neighboring events working games, assisting the live auction, and simply showing his support for his fellow Friends.

“Joe’s done an outstanding job with this committee,” shared Webb. “He’s a great volunteer with heaps of passion and unyielding dedication. I’m truly blessed to have him as part of the Tennessee team.”
