Fire up that grill and let us know which one is your favorite. Enjoy!Â
1. Fiesta Venison Burger
Ingredients:
Ground venison
Fresh ground parsley
Spicy mustard to taste
Salt and pepper
Oregano
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup Pico de Gallo
Guacamole
Italian bread crumbs for texture
For this recipe, just combine all of the above ingredients, except the guacamole, in a mixing bowl and blend with your hands until even. Add the spices to your taste based on preference. Once even, round into patties and cook until your desired temperature.
Before eating, place a nice dollop of guacamole on top and serve.
2. Beer Bottle Jalapeño Venison Burger
Ingredients:
Ground venison
1 egg
Sriracha sauce to taste
Salt and pepper
A healthy pour of beer
Bread crumbs for texture
Jalapeños
Cheese slices
For this recipe, combine all of the above ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the jalapeños and cheese slices. When mixed evenly, use the same bottle of beer that you used to pour into the mixture and hollow out a center piece of each burger by pushing the bottle down in the middle.
When each burger has a circled-out middle section, fill them with sliced jalapeños. Just before the burgers are done cooking to your desired temperature, cover with cheese to keep the jalapeños in place.
3. Venison Parmesan Burger
Ingredients:
Ground venison
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup diced red peppers
1/4 cup diced onions
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
Italian bread crumbs for texture
Cheese slices
This recipe is about as easy as it gets. Combine all of the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend with your hands until even. Roll the mixtures into patties of your desired thickness and cook until your favorite level of doneness. When finished, top off with a slice of cheese.
4. Venison Bar Burger
Ingredients:
Ground venison
Bread crumbs for texture
Several tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
Several pours of Worcester sauce
Salt and Pepper
Garlic powder to taste
Combine all of the above ingredients in a mixing bowl using your hands. Mound into patties and cook to your desired temperature. When finished, sandwich this burger in-between two large mushroom caps. This burger will be very moist due to the butter, so be ready.
5. Hawaiian Venison Burger
Ingredients:
Ground Venison
1/2 to 1/3 cup of minced onions
Coarse salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Ketchup, Mustard, Soy Sauce
Pineapple slices
Bread crumbs for texture
Combine venison, onions, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix with your hands until blended, then form into patties of your desired size. Next, combine the ketchup, mustard, and soy sauce together in a bowl and stir until blended. Smother the tops of the burgers with sauce and cook on the grill or in the oven until your desired temperature. Top off with pineapple slices.
