A charming new subdivision from Superior Development is currently in the works in East Nashville, providing a small influx of new construction single-family homes and townhouses that are certainly much-needed in this rapidly growing part of the city.

Dubbed Magnolia East, this highly desirable, 17-unit community will be conveniently located off Ben Allen Road and divided into 11 single-family residences and six separate townhouses, although future development hasn’t been ruled out for the 4.18-acre building site that Magnolia East will just partially occupy.

As mentioned on Superior’s website, Phase I of Magnolia East is already under construction and slated to include eight of the 11 new single-family homes, which are scheduled to be finished by the end of the year.

The second phase of the project will then include the remaining three single-family homes and all six of the townhouses, and those units are expected to be finished sometime around mid-2018.

As for what to expect, look for homes for sale in Magnolia East to include three bedrooms and a minimum of two-and-a-half bathrooms, but buyers might also have the option to include a fourth bedroom and an additional full bathroom depending on when they decide to buy into the community. For added convenience, Magnolia East will also require home owners to pay a reasonable HOA fee, which will cover lawn mowing, landscaping, and on-going maintenance to the community dog park, playground, and bike racks.

As of now, homes for sale in Magnolia East will start in the low $300,000s and go up from there.
