Work has officially begun on one of the more unique townhouse developments in West Nashville, per a recent report from the Nashville Post. Dubbed Alabaster West, the project will be located at 227 Oceola Avenue near Charlotte Avenue and White Bridge Road, putting eventual residents incredibly close to major shopping outlets, highways, restaurants, and plenty of other nearby amenities.
According to the Post, developers are working with premier designers in order to provide buyers with three distinct interior finishes packages, and also the ability to match their new home with their own individual style and design preferences. Townhomes for sale at Alabaster West will each be three stories high and include three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and also include a two-car garage.
Pricing is expected to start at $429,900 for an interior townhouse and $439,900 for an exterior townhouse unit, but with only 10 townhomes available, interested buyers should be prepared to act fast. Should construction go according to plan, Alabaster West should be finished sometime in the spring of 2018.
