This is a real simple, no frills but highly useful item. It's a pace counter, similar to what U.S. Army soldiers use when they do land navigation. It's used to mark how many meters they've walked at a given time. So, whether you're a soldier who doens't want to make one on your own or your a civilian that's never made one, this is an awesome buy!
