Along with a receiver forged and milled from a solid block of high strength steel, the rifle features 21” barrels made from cold hammer-forged chrome molybdenum steel for better accuracy and tight tolerances.
The handmade custom stock in select grade walnut is formed with a full American cheek rest and beavertail forearm and is hand-checkered and oil-finished. The design includes a brass head front sight and a rear dove-tail base for scope mounting.
For additional strength to manage the large caliber ammunition, the Sabatti Big Five has a mono block and barrels along with a larger receiver, which is intricately embellished with images of a Cape buffalo, lion and elephant.
