A new seven-unit townhouse development is expected to break ground in Nashville’s Salemtown neighborhood, according to a recent report from the Nashville Post. Being called 7th & Garfield, the new project is just the latest development to hit this red hot part of Nashville’s north side.

Urban Core Homes and Jackstraw Properties are both behind the new 7th & Garfield development, and initial renderings have also already been released for potential buyers to check out.

The entire development will occupy a 0.38-acre lot, which acts as a combination of 1623 and 1625 Seventh Avenue North. Each townhouse will also include three levels, feature a traditional look and feel, and range in size from 2,000 to 2,300 square feet of total living space. In addition, a two-car garage, a rooftop deck with spectacular views of Nashville’s skyline, and state-of-the-art in-home automation technology will also be a part of each townhouse residence, but additional details have not yet been revealed.

Four guest parking spots will also be available for residents to use as well once 7th & Garfield is completed.
